Responsibilities
- Supporting the Procurement Manager in defining the procurement plan for acquiring goods and services.
- Preparing requests for proposals to present to suppliers and managing commercial and contractual negotiation activities with identified suppliers to achieve the following objectives: cost savings, synergy, quality excellence, and optimization of delivery time.
- Analyzing, comparing, and evaluating offers received from suppliers and preparing summary tables of final offers and recommendations.
- Drafting the terms and conditions related to procurement contracts and coordinating with requesting departments.
- Managing supplier relationships in accordance with the Group's Code of Ethics and the Organizational, Management, and Control Model.
- Supporting analyses related to reporting and identifying corrective actions for managing and mitigating critical issues detected during the procurement process.
Qualifications/Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in the role within national and/or multinational contexts working on projects.
- A Master's degree in Engineering would be an advantage.
- Capable of managing structured procurement processes.
- Very good knowledge and use of negotiation strategies.
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office; SAP MM.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Results-oriented, able to manage priorities in a highly demanding environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
