The Recruiter plays a pivotal role in the organization by sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company's staffing needs. They are responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying hiring needs to extending job offers

Key responsibilities


    • Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to attract qualified candidates.
    • Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
    • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.
    • Candidate Evaluation: Assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit through interviews and evaluations, providing recommendations to hiring managers.
    • Offer Negotiation: Extend job offers to selected candidates, negotiate salary and benefits packages, and facilitate the offer acceptance process.
    • Onboarding Support: Coordinate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork completion and orientation.
    • Candidate Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback as appropriate.
    • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment databases.
    • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
    • Coordination with External Agencies: Collaborate with external recruitment agencies and staffing firms as needed to augment candidate sourcing efforts and meet hiring goals. 

Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Sociology, Psychology etc
  • Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role, with a strong understanding of recruitment best practices.
  • Excel medium level
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience in matrix organization and reporting experiences
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
