We are seeking a dedicated and organized Plant Manager Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have experience with spare parts management, a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, and the ability to communicate effectively in English. This role involves assisting the Plant Manager in various tasks, including administrative duties, coordinating with different departments, and ensuring smooth operational flow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Assist the Plant Manager with scheduling, correspondence, and documentation.
- Spare Parts Management: Able to read manual and monitor inventory levels, order spare parts, and ensure timely availability for maintenance.
- Data Entry & Reporting: Use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) to prepare reports, track data, and organize information.
- Coordination: Communicate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure all operational requirements are met.
- Documentation: Maintain records of equipment, maintenance schedules, and spare parts inventory.
- Meeting Preparation: Prepare materials and agendas for meetings, take minutes, and distribute them as necessary.
- Support Plant Operations: Assist in coordinating daily activities, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth plant operations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- High School Level
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with spare parts management and inventory systems is a plus.
- Language Skills: Romanian fluent and Intermediate English proficiency (written and spoken) is required.
- Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, and good time management.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to address issues independently and escalate when necessary.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with other departments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a plant or manufacturing setting.
- Basic understanding of production processes and equipment maintenance.
- Italian is a plus
